Due to my previous NHS dental practice of 50 years being closed during the pandemic I moved to the Stourbridge Implant clinic last year. The whole experience from making appointments, receiving reminders, reception and all aspects of dental work itself is at a different level and all undertaken addressing Covid rules and regulations. The dentists and hygienists are all very skilled and fully explain the procedures being undertaken. Their manner and approach to customer care is first class. The equipment and technology utilised seems far in advance of what I have previously experienced. I can recommend the practice without reservation and I feel the Denplan option offers very good value for money. I envisage being at the practice indefinitely.

Right where do I start!
So I've always been to the dentist since I was a child, being seen by the same dentist until about 5 years ago. Since then my practice has been taken over, and there has been a high turnover of dental staff. Some poor and others good but no consistency on dental plans which is not good enough.
I was told to get in touch with Stourbridge dental and implant clinic for a treatment plan to help me with a ongoing gum problems and a loose tooth. The staff are amazing and I know sometimes the word (amazing) can easily be thrown around! But I'm serious the welcoming and how you're looked after is second to none!
A big thank you to Kevin who is there denture plate specialist for giving up you're lunch break just to fit myself and other patients In!!

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Roopi and Elaine were amazing. I was extremely anxious, Roopi put me at ease as soon as I saw her. My back tooth which was previously filled had chipped. She refilled it with a composite filling, it looks and feels like a real tooth. My experience was totally pain free. Roopi was very gentle and took care throughout along with Elaine the dental nurse to make sure everything was alright. Thank you so much for giving me the courage to feel I can return without feeling anxious. I highly recommend Stourbridge Dental and Implant Clinic especially if you're feeling anxious or nervous. Roopi is clearly passionate about what she does and took her time to make me feel happy and comfortable. Thanks again, keep being amazing!

Fantastic service. I had a free consultation with Dr Anneka Roddah and Nurse Georgia for teeth contouring, to slightly reshape my front teeth, I was put at ease and options/risks explained along with a realistic expectation of what I can expect and the cost. It's not a service many dentists advertise but I was happy with the information given, the price was competitive with what I had reserached and all the staff were friendly so I was happy to book in. I went back today for a new patient check up and to have the contouring done and I couldn't be any happier. The check up was thorough, including x-rays and all explained to me, Anneka was very patient with the teeth contouring, I was given a mirror and it was done in stages to ensure that I was happy with the results. I felt at ease through the whole process.

Stourbridge Dental & Implant Clinic was recommended to me by my lovely friend Rhiann. She has worked there for a number of years and always talks so highly of everyone so booking in for treatment was a no brainer.
I had composite bonds done back in August with Anneka and I am over the moon with the results. Anneka took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I have had so many compliments about my new teeth. I also used a teeth whitening kit at home which Anneka explained how to use.
I have since been back for a hygienist appointment and once again my experience was faultless.
All staff I have interacted with have been friendly, polite, professional and informative. I am now part of Denplan as I will no longer be going back to my NHS dentist after the brilliant service from all at SD&IC.

I was so fed up with my teeth , I used to have an nhs dentist for the last 30+ yrs he was brilliant. However we moved house 10 years ago we were searching for another nhs. We found one , but ,since being with him my teeth were a mess , literally rotting. he made every excuse not to do repair work. That all changed today, I have now found a private Dentist Stourbridge Dental and Implant Centre. Ok I have to pay, I am so lucky that I can, but for the first time in the last 10 yrs , I am not afraid to smile. I feel all my Christmas’s have come,my Dentist is Miss C. Grove. Thank you so very much, for all your kindness and professional skills in making me smile again. You have given me my confidence back.

Visited the dental surgery today with much apprehension, after having several bad experiences which I imagine were made worse by my own anxiety. Entered the surgery and was greeted by the friendliest reception staff that made me feel instantly at ease, escorted into the treatment and greeted by Roopi and Elaine, they were both polite and oozed confidence in their chosen trade. It’s been a while since I’ve entered a dentist office and thought I never would again.
Well I’m glad I did and I am booked in in 2 weeks to get my teeth sorted, I’m not saying I’m cured but I am not anxious about my next visit… great staff from start to finish, could not recommend them highly enough… 5 stars and 10/10.

Sadly via an NHS dentist I had a front tooth taken out in March 2022 which was not great as I am only mid 40’s and I was only offered a denture as a replacement for the rest of my life. This was soul destroying. That is until I came to this dentist. They are caring and thoughtful and absolutely understood the position I was in. The implant I had is amazing- you would never know that it is an implant. I can now live my life without the embarrassment of a denture and the fact that it looks like my normal tooth. It was worth every penny and the 0% interest option was really helpful . Thank you to all the team and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of having an implant.

I have been with this dentist practice a few month's now and have always been greeted with a smile from the reception staff, always happy to answer my questions and put me at ease. Mani is my dentist and I'm very nervous to say the least, she makes me feel at ease and has such a calming approach and is really empathetic. Elyse the dental nurse is wonderful too. Today I had 4 teeth done with composite, Mani has done a fantastic job and the attention to detail is fab, I was so nervous and Mani and Elyse spoke to me through the whole process to make sure I was OK. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ❤️ Thank you for restoring my faith in dentists 🙏🏼

What an amazing team!! I have been having treatment at the clinic for over a year now and cannot praise the team enough. Amit is simply amazing in his approach, his skills and his willingness to make sure his patients are happy. For me, he really has gone over and above to address problems I have experienced with my dental health. I would also like to say that Hannah the dental nurse is just lovely!! She is very welcoming and makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. I would also like to mention the reception staff who are also very helpful, pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for dental implants.

I decided to try out stourbridge dental and implant clinic as getting any appointments through the NHS were impossible. I am over the moon with the service I received, I have had general treatment and cleaning and even took advantage of boitique whitening and some composite bonding to improve my smile. Dr Anneka Roddah is an absolute artist when it comes to composite bonding and I couldn't thank her enough for what she has done, her expertise in this area is incredible. Georgia kept me entertained while having my treatment done and is so lovely and genuine. All of the girls at stourbridge dental are fantastic and really strive to make sure you have the best possible experience. I used to hate going to the dentist but now I honestly look forward to going and catching up with everyone. I highly recommend stourbridge dental to anyone looking for cosmetic work. At the age of 30 i decided to go ahead with having a brace! Most unsure i went to Stourbridge dental clinic and had a free consultation with Amit. He went through everything with me and assured me i would achieve the look i was hoping for.
10 months on and he was right. My teeth are looking great! i am just going through the whitening procedure which is also looking really good.
At every visit i felt Amit was very thorough. He always checked that i was okay and i could see very clearly that he is very passionate about his job and is always out to please.
The staff at the clinic are all very friendly and all help and offer advise. Really lovely girls.
Overall i would rate the clinic 10/10. It's very professional, lovely atmosphere and leaving the customers very satisfied . I would defiantly recommend them to anyone .

Thank you to Amit, Kevin and all staff for making this very scared patient feel comfortable and cared for. My recent treatment was, for me, something I have needed since lockdown, having suffered pain throughout. I was put at ease, everything explained to me, and given so much care and attention even though I was obviously scared. I felt no pain throughout the treatment, always being asked if I was ok.
I have been given my smile back, which can’t be bad.
I can highly recommend this dental practice to everyone and particularly to any one that has a real fear of dentists. You will be put at ease and treated exceptional well, in a friendly and courteous way.

I can’t begin to explain how happy I am I found these guys. I have been terrified of the dentist due to a number of reasons but the guys here have made coming to the dentist a pleasure. I had a smile makeover for my wedding and Mani has been the absolute best!! She made sure I was comfortable at every appointment and every treatment has been painless with the best results. I had a set of veneers and crowns and I can’t stop smiling now, whereas before I would hide my smile, or not smile at all. I feel so confident with my smile. It’s changed my life. I have just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Christie Grove at Stourbridge Dental and Implant Clinic. I could not happier with my results. My teeth have always been an insecurity of mine and rarely ever smiled with my teeth. I get married next year so will be smiling all day with confidence with my new teeth. I can not thank Christie enough for suggesting Invisalign to me as I wanted something that was not noticeable I had braces. Invisalign was the perfect treatment for me. The results show for themselves. Overall a great service recieved and fantastic clinic! Highly recommend to anyone!

I am a very nervous patient and after looking at the clinics website I finally decided to book an appointment. After my consultation with Dr Amit Pabari I felt much more at ease and had the courage to book my next appointment for treatment needed. All of the staff at Stourbridge Dental and Implant Clinic are very friendly and reassuring which made me feel relaxed before, during and after treatment. Overall I am delightled with the service provided and would deffinately recommend to anyone, especially those of a nervous disposition as myself as I no longer fear the dentist! I had my first Botox treatment at Stourbridge dental and implant clinic with Dr Antonio and I'm over the moon happy with what I got .Dr Antonio has explained and advised me what treatment to get and I couldn't choose any better.He is very knowledgeable and he is listening to what u ask.I wanted something subtle and still able to have some moove.i am extremely happy with my treatment.Apart from this I had also a consultation for an implant and again couldn't praise the doctor more,very helpful, understanding,gave me reassurance and time to think.I had my hygiene appointment here and again had a lovely experience .I couldn't praise enough the staff at this clinic and I had lots of experience with dentists unfortunately not as good as at Stourbridge Dental and Implant Clinic.And on top of that you don't have to sell an arm to have the treatments done .I can't recommended them enough.Thank youu Stourbridge dental clinic.

I’m going through the process of an implant on the upper front tooth . Today Amit removed my front tooth . I was so anxious . Thought of not having a front tooth is so upsetting . Kevin the denture technician fitted my immediate denture . When the gum has healed totally it will be time for the implant . Amit is so kind, gentle and understanding. He has explained the whole procedure to me . Kevin is amazing too. After having the front tooth out I felt quite upset but Kevin put in the denture and my smile was back . The nurses , Hannah and Georgia that assisted treated me so well, very kind . What more can I say . An amazing team

Following initial discovery of deep cavity in wisdom tooth (after years of no treatment required) I was surprised to learn I may need to have the tooth extracted due to proximity to a nerve. However the treatment received was excellent - a two appointment two stage approach. Pav (the dentist) was superb throughout - explaining and showing the problem , discussing the options and at all times making me aware of what was going on. It makes the patient feel vey reassured and in the hands of someone who knows what they are doing. Thankfully the tooth was duly saved and filled and I felt no pain from the initial injections, during the process or even back at home after the injections wore off (probably for the first time in the last 40 years). Can't speak highly enough of the expertise and patient care and involvement. Great job. Fully recommend - phone up and request that Pav sorts you out!!

I used this practice to have my teeth straightened by Antonio, who worked very hard towards my goals and gave me a smile I love despite being a VERY fussy patient. Afterwards, I had my teeth bonded by Christie who was simply wonderful, again meeting my particularly fussy needs. Throughout the process my treatment co-ordinator Rhiann was extremely helpful arranging appointments for me around my work schedule, again not an easy task. The nurses were all lovely, especially Elissa who spent a great deal of time helping me whilst I was being indecisive. Elizabeth on reception was extremely helpful and I look forward to revisiting the practice.

After having very bad experiences in the past with previous dentists I was so happy to finally find a dentist who is not only exceptional in his field but someone who genuinely cares for his patients.
I am no longer scared of visiting the dentist and the care I've received has been second to none.
I had a filling on two top teeth that were next to one another and I didn't feel a thing! The dentist was extremely thorough and made me feel at ease throughout. This spurred me on to having braces fitted last year and I now have a beautiful smile with the most amazing teeth!
I cannot recommend them enough for first class dental care!

I came here following substandard service from an NHS dentist. Whilst it's not the cheapest dental care by any standards, the level of care, attention to detail and time given to listen to your concerns is excellent. I went in for an emergency filling after the NHS dentist that I was with couldn't get me in for 6 weeks.
Since then I've had a full checkup, a really thorough hygienist appointment (I can't even remember the last time that an NHS dentist did a proper scale and polish), been given some really good advice on how to keep my oral health in check and had some replacement fillings all of which have been really well completed by Nida, she has an incredibly calm manner and is aided by some excellent staff.
Using DenPlan makes my twice yearly checkups and hygienist visits affordable and routine. Based on my experience in the last couple of months I wouldn't hesitate to recommend going private for dental work if you can afford it.

Having just completed my treatment plan with Stourbridge Dental and Implant Clinic, I am thrilled with the results. The service, friendliness and professionalism of all of the team has been fantastic. Having moved from another dentist, the difference is amazing. My treatment included an initial consultation, teeth whitening, extraction, new denture and some bonding/repair of a front tooth. Having initially enquired about cosmetic work, Rupee suggested I try the least invasive options first such as whitening. I didn’t feel at any stage pressured into opting for the most expensive treatment, quite the opposite. Thank you to all of the team
