Right where do I start! So I've always been to the dentist since I was a child, being seen by the same dentist until about 5 years ago. Since then my practice has been taken over, and there has been a high turnover of dental staff. Some poor and others good but no consistency on dental plans which is not good enough. I was told to get in touch with Stourbridge dental and implant clinic for a treatment plan to help me with a ongoing gum problems and a loose tooth. The staff are amazing and I know sometimes the word (amazing) can easily be thrown around! But I'm serious the welcoming and how you're looked after is second to none! A big thank you to Kevin who is there denture plate specialist for giving up you're lunch break just to fit myself and other patients In!! ~ Adam
This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Roopi and Elaine were amazing. I was extremely anxious, Roopi put me at ease as soon as I saw her. My back tooth which was previously filled had chipped. She refilled it with a composite filling, it looks and feels like a real tooth. My experience was totally pain free. Roopi was very gentle and took care throughout along with Elaine the dental nurse to make sure everything was alright. Thank you so much for giving me the courage to feel I can return without feeling anxious. I highly recommend Stourbridge Dental and Implant Clinic especially if you're feeling anxious or nervous. Roopi is clearly passionate about what she does and took her time to make me feel happy and comfortable. Thanks again, keep being amazing! ~ Sue
Due to my previous NHS dental practice of 50 years being closed during the pandemic I moved to the Stourbridge Implant clinic last year. The whole experience from making appointments, receiving reminders, reception and all aspects of dental work itself is at a different level and all undertaken addressing Covid rules and regulations. The dentists and hygienists are all very skilled and fully explain the procedures being undertaken. Their manner and approach to customer care is first class. The equipment and technology utilised seems far in advance of what I have previously experienced. I can recommend the practice without reservation and I feel the Denplan option offers very good value for money. I envisage being at the practice indefinitely. Richard Lockley ~ Miss L
